ICC T20 World Cup 2012 Groups & Venues

The ICC T20 World Cup tournament is held in various host countries every two years but this year the ICC T20 is to be held in Sri Lanka from 18 September to 7 October 2012. so get ready to watch this fire of innings. There are 12 teams are divided in to four Groups. 

This will be the first T20 World tournament held in an Asian country. The Venues of T20 World Cup 2012 is announced. Venues are Mahinda Rajapaksha International cricket stadium in Hambantota, Pallekele international stadium, Kandy and R Premadasa ground in Colombo.

ICC T20 World Cup 2012 Groups:

• Group A - England (A1), India (A2) and Afghanistan
• Group B - Australia (B1), West Indies (B2) and Ireland
• Group C - South Africa (C1), Sri Lanka (C2) and Zimbabwe
• Group D - New Zealand (D1), Pakistan (D2) and Bangladesh
